Elite Recognition Program (ERP)
ERP develops players to become 'complete footballers'. A 'Complete Footballer' means an educated player who is not only strong and fast but players who have flair, creativity, imagination and finesse.
They will act as an ambassador to CFA and showcase the intensity and the passion of our programs. ERP players have the ability to take their chosen sport to the highest possible level.
ERP program will be under the guidance of CFA Football Director Gus Cerro. His vision and knowledge will be shared within this team of enthusiasts and hard workers.
This program resumes on January 2007. Trial dates will be sent out to those who are regular participants in our camps or clinics. Non-registrants can also trial however an assessment procedure will firstly be undertaken; assessment may result to join the weekly program depending on the player's ability.

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Training 2 or 3 times a week added to club training.
2. Your loyalty to your club, game time and team dynamic is important to ERP.
3. Club loyalty and academic balance is an essence, this determines character, responsibility and commitment.

METHODOLOGY:
ERP will cater on players developed by CFA only to enhance the program's success. The program cultivates players who are interested in developing their skill through an educational process that first defines their talent, and translates it into skills and technique at the athlete's own pace. The program features a progressive training and competitive schedule in lined with PTL. We also don't skip important steps in the development process to promote winning as an end in itself. ERP which targets youth development, is geared toward stimulating the player's ability to create and appreciate the game being played with intelligence and self expression.

Elite Recognition Program is aimed at teaching individual players ball mastery and the skills to play at a higher level . ERP players learn football skills from coaches knowledgeable on the latest methods.
