DO YOU LIVE, EAT, BREATHE FOOTBALL?
"Parents please read carefully"
Deciding your commitment to your sport is possibly the most important decision you will make.
ERP requires maximum committment. From players and parents alike. If you are not prepared to drive your children to and from training up to 2 times per week then this is not the program for you. You should treat this program like you would a rep team. All training sessions and games are compulsory attendance.
If all you want out of sport is a bit of relaxed fun, then your approach should be entirely different from someone who wants to reach the top. It is important to realise that excellence demands complete dedication: if you want to be a top athlete, then training to be a top athlete must be the most important thing in your life. Understanding that a top athlete also means prioritising your education. If you have other sports activities that are more important than football, then you will find it difficult to devote the time and dedication you need to achieve excellence to the sport.
* note we have different development programs that will suit your needs and lifestyle. Visit the programs page for more details.
All enquiries for 2008 program may be directed to Maitina 02-88507503 and maitina@gcfa.com.au. Trials are held through out 2008.

ERP CODE OF CONDUCT CALL GUS: 0433156279 - gus@gcfa.com.au
Players please read carefully as these rules are your responsibility not your parents.
If you are unable to attend training or are running late for any reason the Coach must be advised 1.5 hours prior to training session. Any calls or text messages after this period will not be accepted as coaches are usually on the road or setting up. Failure to do so will incur loss of points in player’s diaries.
Players who do not attend training without notification will be put on probation. If it happens again players will be asked to leave the program immediately. An email or text message is preferred in due time, this will assist our coach to plan training sessions and games ahead of time.
Extra curricular activities such as other sports and social activities arranged without prior notification will not be accepted as a relevant excuse to miss training. A verbal or written permission must be received 3 days prior to missing training.
Any player arriving to training late without prior notification will not be allowed to train, The Coach will accept players if they have exhausted all communication lines and have made a worthy attempt to notify the Coach in due time.
All players must notify coach via email of availability for all games that are posted on the web site within 24 hours of upload. A verbal yes will not be accepted. Failure to do so will incur a point’s deduction from player’s diary.
It is the responsibility of the player to ensure he has a pen and gets his diary signed at every training session. The player is to look after his diary and keep it safe.
All players must wear their uniforms to training no exceptions. Those without a valid excuse will not be allowed to train. No one has the right to do as they please. This will ensure that the children themselves are taught responsibility for their equipment.
No player is to leave training sessions until all equipment has been packed up, no exceptions.
No parent is to speak to the Coach with enquiries before or during training sessions. Gus will not cater to any enquiries until everything has been packed up and put away and the players are free to leave training. Gus will only answer questions regarding training or your Childs progress, all administration issues will be dealt with by Maitina. 0410622552
All players must bring their bag with water bottle cap and change of clothes in case of wet weather to every training session.
All players must greet the Coaches by shaking hands with the coach, on arrival to training or games and present diary to be signed.

Parents
As discussed at the parents information night, ERP is more than just a football learning program. It is also about teaching respect for self, respect for others, responsibility and hardwork. Please ensure that your children are responsible for their training times, games and equipment. This will help to teach them the above.

FEES
Please keep in mind that it is important for fees to be paid as the academy also has expenses that need to be met. As discussed in information night, there is a 20% ancellation fee if cancelling your registration. Cancellation fee covers equipment depreciation, admin, coach's wages and other. Also fees are calculated at $20.00 + gst per session. Therefore sessions used must be paid for as per Fair Trading Act.
