CFA has completed it's innaugural Tour to Malaysia.

It was an amazing ten days for our players arriving home early Thursday morning.

Our players experienced a truly educational and inspiring football tour.
They were priveledged to train and play on some world class stadiums.

CFA would like to thank everyone involved especially Parents and Players
who represented CFA and Australia in exemplary fashion.

A very special thankyou to those who took the time and effort to teach our
lads the ins and outs of being a professional athlete.

Scott Ollerenshaw, Ken Shellito, Michelle Koh, Dollah Salleh and a very special
thanks to our guest Coach Alan Davidson. His wisdom, experience and utmost
professionalism was  a priveledge for us to be with him and learn from one
of the best players to ever don the Green and Gold.

Testimonials

Hi Gus,

On Behalf of my mum and I, I would like to thank you and Maitina
for organizing the soccer tour to Malaysia. It was a great success and
I can’t think of any negatives. Everything was great fun and everyone had a great time.

I like the quality of coaches that taught us. I learnt a lot of new things
which I can use to crack reps (hopefully). I also liked the variety of activities
(especially the parasailing and banana boat) and sightseeing and enjoyed
the canopy walk. Another thing I enjoyed was the variety of food we ate
(Indian, seafood and Italian).

I liked the real life stories Alan told me and being trained by Ken Shellito
and Scott Ollerenshaw and getting Ken’s autograph on my Chelsea shirt.
I loved playing and training on the fantastic surfaces like Shah Alam Stadium
where we played the parents.

I can’t wait till our next trip.

Regards,

Stephen Morris

Hi Gus
Just a few quick thoughts on my experiences in Malaysia.

The times in Malaysia that stand out the most are when we
entered Shalam stadium it was unbelievable i felt so privileged
and honoured to even set foot on the grass.

I was pleased to meet and learn the many skills from the living legends
Allan Scott and Ken. They gave me inspiration to want to learn more,
and encouraged me to want to achieve more.

The heat was unbelivable, but as we got used to it, it wasn't so bad.

The cultural experience was brilliant, we got to learn and see how
their life styles differ to ours in Australia. I even lean't some Malay words,
hopefully I will not forget.

I noticed a new kind of bonding with my team mates. I suppose
I got to know them alot better and they got to know me, which was great.
I feel alot closer to them than before. Also I got to know you alot more too.
I got to see the funny side of you which was alot of fun. Thankyou so much
for the experience.

Thanks again Gus.
