We have developed a “Repetition Development Program” from basic techniques to advanced intensity. This coordinates individual and team skill level with balance, co-ordination and speed with the ball. Ultimately, the aim is to enhance effectiveness of each player with progression in CFA. We call this the “Progressive Time-Line” program.
The Progressive Time-line Program represents our strategy in a player’s development. It consists of eight stages and they are:
I: Basic fundamentals and improvement of player’s skill level, coordination and balance
II: Enhancement of player’s individual skill and the technique used to implement the action.
III: Field play and overall understanding of players’ positioning
IV: Understanding the importance of team work and team systems
V. Applying coach’s tactics during field play.
VI: Standards of professionalism and ethics
VII: Fitness and nutrition
VIII. Developing creativity and imagination in self-expression; enhancing vision and flair
