CFA IS lead by Gus Cerro, one of the most skillful NSL players of his time, Gus has developed a program that teaches mind set and techniques allowing the player to progress successfully in areas of attack and defense whilst using "skill.............the art of football"

CFA has been operating in the hills district of Sydney NSW since 2004, In this time the academy has had over 700 children pass through it’s doors in one of the many programs available.

In 2007 CFA launched ERP our Elite Recognition Program. The program provided children from ages 9-15 the opportunity to train and prepare for the world of representative football in NSW. The program has seen much success with many of our talented youngsters achieving their goals of being selected for Association football at U11 & U12, and representative club football at U13 to U16.

Having played at the highest level in Australia and overseas I know what it takes to reach that level.  My philosophy is to provide and create training programs that enhances the individual skill level of all players whilst learning to play the game with a higher level of tactical understanding.
